Online store Items will generally be produce packaged and shipped out in 5-10 business days after the transaction is complete.

The Design work for custom etched glass art projects will begin after we receive design approval and deposit on the project. The balance will be due upon completion of the project and shipped after transaction is complete. On custom orders depending upon the scope of the project there is generally a 2-4 week lead time for approval, production and shipping.

* Due to the nature of our business, each glass being created by hand upon order, we do not do refunds on purchases made. Nor do we do returns on any of our products broken in transit. In the case of broken in transit please notify us by email with your Invoice information, a picture of the damaged glass and we will exchange your purchase.
